Messages

Depending on your organization's OneClick configuration you may receive messages related to the progress of the automation the button triggered. If this is the case an envelope icon will appear next to the button once messages arrive. You can read the messages by clicking on the icon:

Blue envelope indicates unread messages. If all messages have been read the icon is gray.

In some cases the button may get disabled until you've read possible error messages, or depending on the configuration all messages need to be read before the button can be triggered again:

You can easily mark all messages as read by clicking on the Mark all read button in the message view:
