OneClick to become a paid add-on

OneClick will become a paid Pipedrive add-on on the 27th of February 2025. Please read this article through for more details on the implications it may cause you

OneClick has been available as a free Pipedrive add-on since early 2023 with a beta status. To allow us to continue the development and to support you, the beta phase comes to an end on February 27th.

What does it mean?

Companies with one OneClick user only

No need to do anything right now. You can continue to use the product free, until you want to add a second user. This allows unlimited sandboxing until you are ready to deploy the add-on for multiple users.

Companies with multiple OneClick users

If you wish to continue to use OneClick an upgrade to a paid plan is required. You will need to subscribe before February 27th. Alternatively you can lower your used OneClick seats to 1, or stop using the product. Please continue reading for further details.

What is the pricing?

Free plan

Free for a single user, no other limitations

Paid plan

$7.90 per user per month, including the first user (excl. VAT, which is added where applicable). E.g. 2 users = $15.8 per month, billed monthly

What can I expect in the future?

This change allows us to invest in the future development of OneClick, and we already have multiple enhancements and new features on our roadmap for 2025:

OneClick interfaces

We have already started development on OneClick Interfaces, which is a unique feature allowing you to build your own no-code UI's withing Pipedrive with OneClick, and to populate and present data on the UI using your tool of choice (Make.com, Zapier etc.). You can build tables, forms, etc. without having to build a Pipedrive add-on of your own!

Make.com and Zapier modules

To make your integrations (and populating your Interfaces with data) easier we will be publishing OneClick modules for Make.com and Zapier

Regular maintenance updates

We want to keep improving OneClick's performance, to fix any found issues, and to make sure we're good to go ahead with Pipedrive's changes, such as migrating to the recently introduced Pipedrive API v2

How do I see my current used seats?

As a Pipedrive admin, you can go to OneClick Settings and see the currently used seats in the Users tab. You can control the users you wish to have a seat with the Assign seat -toggle.

How do I subscribe?

You can subscribe whenever you want in the newly introduced Subscription tab in Settings. It is recommended to subscribe well a head of the Feb 27th to ensure a smooth transition to the paid plan. Accepted credit cards are Visa, MasterCard and American Express. You won't be charged until Feb 27th!

How do I adjust my subscription?

You can adjust your subscription any time you want on the Subscription tab. Before Feb 27th you can adjust your subsciption freely, as the first payment is still upcoming. After Feb 27th any added seats will be charged on checkout (for the remaining of the current billing period), and lowered seats will be effective on the next billing period. Just change your seat limit and click save, and confirm:

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your subscription any time you want by clicking on the Cancel subscription button on the Subscription tab. After cancelling you can keep using the product until the next renewal, after which you are switched back to the free plan with a seat limit of 1 user.
