Uninstallation

If you wish to uninstall OneClick you can do so by following these instructions. However, we would like to make sure your uninstallation is not due to any missing details or features, so before you do so we'd like to ask you to send any questions or comments to support@theoneclick.io.

As explained before, the Pipedrive add-ons are user specific so each user needs to perform the uninstallation themselves.

Click on your profile icon in the top right corner in Pipedrive. Select Tools and Apps.

On the left hand menu select Marketplace apps.  Locate OneClick, click on the three dots on the right hand side and select Uninstall:

Please note: After the uninstall of the last OneClick user in your company your buttons and settings will be retained for 14 days. After this period all your data will be deleted automatically and permanently.
